Kirk Heirbstreit, aka "The Most Reasonable Buckeye on the Planet", has released his annual "Herbie Awards" on ESPN.com
While always a great read, Herbie actually has a very pro PSU stance this season. With multiple recognitions for the players, fans and general game day atmosphere, Herbie definitely gives Penn State their due.
